The Ladies fitness program at WFC is a great way to drop weight quickly and in a healthy way. The training programs offers cardio kick boxing, squat squad, ultimate fitness conditioning and boxing classes. Every class is offered to new students as well as advanced students so that everyone is able to work out at their own level. Any session is an hour long and is designed to get you warmed up, have an intense work out and finished quickly. It's a great exercise each time and you'll never have the fear of getting hurt in our womens only workout sessions.

The cardio kick boxing class teaches students how to correctly punch and kick the bag and pads, and abide by the same workout as our coaches do while training for their competitions. Some of the work outs in the class include partner drills with other students punching and kicking pads. It is an excellent way to learn how to defend yourself, while getting a great workout all at once. The quick level of the session keeps your heart pumping and you'll burning calories at a much faster rate than sitting on the treadmill. In the boxing class, different from Muay Thai, you work on punching and kicking the heavy bag instead of using no bag at all. The conditioning class is designed in high magnitude circuit exercises using exercise equipment such as bar bells, free weights, sleds, agility ladders etc. The class keeps you in continuous motion and helps boost your endurance.

In the women's only workout program these classes mainly centers on full body exercises except the squat squad class. The session focuses on the leg muscles as well as your butt. Squat squad is mainly a weight lifting class for women and we target your legs and tone your butt. The squat squad class provides an excellent work out even though it is at a more slowly speed compared with the other classes available in the women's only training program. Outside of the Ladies only workout program, we also offer co-ed MMA fighting classes where not only are you enduring a serious exercise but really concentrating on self defense.
